CHICKEN AND RICE

RECIPE INGREDIENTS

2 c. rice
2 cans cream of mushroom or golden mushroom soup
2 cans water
2 chickens (cut into serving pieces)

RECIPE METHOD

Put rice, soup, water into Dutch oven (12 inch). Stir. Place chicken on top of mixture. Cover. Cook 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours at 400 degrees.
